Cover & Rossiter Announces New Hires

Cover & Rossiter is pleased to welcome Marsha Flood, Henry Schroeder and Luke Wilhelm to the team.

Managing director, Marie Holliday, said “We are excited to have this talented group of professionals join the Cover & Rossiter team. Each brings technical skills and experience that allows us to continue to provide the expert advice and personalized service our clients have come to expect.”

Marsha Flood joined Cover & Rossiter in January as Assistant Controller.  Flood graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Management.  Prior to joining the firm, she spent 17 years working as Controller / Director of Finance and Operations for an insurance agency in Haddonfield, NJ. 

We welcomed Henry Schroeder in February as a staff accountant in the captive audit department. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Wilmington University and is currently pursuing his MBA there. He is scheduled to graduate in December 2021. Prior to joining Cover & Rossiter, he worked as a junior accountant for a tree nursery and landscaping business and as an instructional tutor for Delaware Technical Community College for five years. Schroeder is multi-lingual and grew up in Germany.

Luke Wilhelm worked as an intern in Cover & Rossiter’s audit department earlier this year. After graduating in May from Goldey Beacom College with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, he joined the firm as an audit staff accountant. Wilhelm is currently continuing his education at Goldey Beacom, pursuing an MBA in Finance. He previously participated in an internship in the tax department at Horty & Horty, PA. He is a member of the Accounting and Finance Club at Goldey Beacom.
