Cover & Rossiter announces promotion of Amy Johnson, CPA, ACI

Cover & Rossiter has a long-standing history as one of Delaware’s first and most respected certified public accounting and advisory firms and is pleased to announce Amy Johnson’s promotion to Manager in the Audit Department at Cover & Rossiter.
Johnson has been an integral member of the Cover & Rossiter team since February of 2011 and has long been a recognized leader among the staff within the firm. Johnson’s commitment to helping clients and pragmatic approach to finding solutions to their problems set her apart. Director Eric Williams noted, “These qualities which Johnson brings to the table, are precisely why she was able to go from Staff Accountant to Manager in less than 7 years. Our department wouldn’t be where we are today without her.”
Johnson is a member of the Delaware Captive Insurance Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants. She holds her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license as well as her Associates in Captive Insurance (ACI). She graduated from University of Delaware with her Bachelors of Science in Accounting as well as Finance in 2011. Johnson is the Treasurer of Covenant Preschool and Childcare.
Johnson lives in Pike Creek with her husband and her dog Lilly. She enjoys traveling and visiting new places, they plan to visit all 50 US states together.
