For only the fifth time in the 76-year history of one of Delaware’s first and most respected certified public accounting and advisory firms, the role of Managing Director is changing hands. The Directors of Cover & Rossiter are pleased to announce Marie Holliday as the new Managing Director.

Geoff Langdon, the immediate past Managing Director of Cover & Rossiter, will continue to serve clients as a director. He celebrated his 30th year at the firm in January and has served as Managing Director for over 20 years. Under Langdon’s leadership, Cover & Rossiter has more than doubled in size and has been recognized nationally and locally for excellence.

“The previous Managing Directors of Cover & Rossiter have all been active in the community,” said Holliday “I am proud to represent Cover & Rossiter as the new Managing Director. Our future is bright and I look forward to serving our clients and the community.”

Holliday joined Cover & Rossiter in 1997 and was named a Director in 2005. As a graduate of both St. Mark’s High School and the University of Delaware, Holliday is deeply rooted in the community. Holliday and her husband are the proud parents of two adult daughters and a son at St. Elizabeth’s High School. The family resides in Newark. Her affiliations include both current and former board positions with Newark Morning Rotary, Newark Day Nursery & Childcare Center, New Directions Early Head Start, Friends of the Emily P. Bissell Hospital, Middletown Area Chamber of Commerce and many professional organizations.
