Job Duties Include:

  • Proofreading, math check and assembly of financial statements
  • Process client document for tax return preparation
  • All types of tax return assembly
  • Complex scanning and copying of documents
  • General clerical support and phone coverage
  • Special projects as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Associates degree and/or 5-8  years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office products
  • Have strong interpersonal skills
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Self motivated
  • Highly professional in all areas
  • Ability to work well with others in an administrative team environment
  • Experience in administration department of a service industry preferred
  • Compensated overtime during tax season (January – April)
