Office Update

So far this year Cover & Rossiter has been very busy.  Here’s what we’ve been doing behind the scenes:

We welcomed Lindsay Wheeler and Kathi Tuschinski to our family earlier this year.  Lindsay is our Marketing and Events guru.  Capable of wearing many hats, Lindsay is also the voice you will most likely hear when calling into the main office number.  Kathi is our Client Services coordinator.  She is responsible for Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Collections and has been instrumental in helping us transition to a new state of the art Practice Management system.

Our staff has been out and about networking throughout the community.  This has proven very successful as we our client base continues to grow and we learn more about the challenges our clients are facing in the community.

Over the summer we worked on expanding our services to our clients in southern Delaware by opening an additional office in Middletown.  We officially opened our doors on August 8, 2010 and are planning an open house in the early Fall to meet our new neighbors.

As summer comes to an end, we turn our focus towards the start our fall training and recruiting season and begin to gear up for next tax season.
