Each year, Cover & Rossiter seeks out college sophomore and junior accounting majors who are looking to start their career in a public accounting firm. We offer you the chance to kick-start your career by working 10 – 15 hours per week during tax season (February through April). Since school is your priority you can schedule your work hours around your class schedule. As summer projects become available, we offer those hours to the interns most interested and devoted to their future at our firm.

The interns showing the most promise and drive will be offered full-time positions upon graduation. With the experience of one or two tax seasons as an intern, the transition into your full-time career will be much smoother and faster. The interns gradually learn the business from several departments and are ready to “hit the ground running” upon graduation.

We are currently looking to fill tax season internships for 2021 and are participating in virtual “Meet the Firm” events at the following colleges and universities: West Chester University, University of Delaware, Rowan University, Widener University, Grove City College, Goldey-Beacom College, and Delaware State University. If your school uses Handshake, sign up for an opportunity to interview for an internship position. If your school is not on Handshake and you are interested in applying, send your resume and cover letter to application@coverrossiter.com.
